1. Order Eva Smart Home here
(Use the same e-mail when you order a subscription and create your Eva user).

2. Send the following information to hei@evasmart.no
Image of the QR code and serial number of your hub to us

3. When the steps above have been completed, we will move the Smart Family Gateway over to Eva Smarthus. When this is done, you will receive an e-mail. You can then proceed to step 4.

4. Download Eva Smart Home app here:

5. Create a new user (use the same e-mail you used to order the subscription for Eva Alarm).
When migrating the Smart Family Gateway to the Eva Smarthus App, all codes stored on your door lock will be migrated so that they can still be used physically on the door lock. You need to create new codes in the Eva Smarthus app so that you can also open the door from the app.
Moving Smart Family to Eva Smarthus costs NOK 490. The offer includes one year's free subscription to Eva Alarm. The subscription is automatically renewed after one year, if you don´t cancel the agreement. The agreement is binding for the first year.
Eva Smart Home supports Norwegian and English. The language is set by the language setting on the phone. If you use an Android telephone you can also be set directly in the app.
